Lg Front Load Washer Water Level Too Low

Coming from a top load washer where you see the who drum filled with water it also bothered my that i could not see a pool of water in this front load washer.

I was wondering if this is to low and is there a way to adjust it. I have a lg model wh0642h washer and the water level with no clothes is approximately 2 inches at back and dry 1 2 way to the front. Bedding it will fill it up regardless. However what might look like too low of a water level it will clean.

We figured out that that lg front loader had a software. Seems too low and clothes do not come clean. Deep wash extra rinse and bedding modes adds water. I called lg and they told me that you will not see a pool of soapy water but this is ok.
